1. Age restriction
People under 18 are prohibited from creating or using a Friend Circle account.
2. Zero tolerance
We prohibit child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualisation or exploitation of minors, requests for images of minors, fake identities used to target minors, and any harmful or illegal content involving a child.
3. Verification and moderation
We may request age or identity verification, review reports, suspend suspicious accounts and preserve relevant records where legally required.
4. Reporting
Report any suspected minor account, grooming, exploitation or unsafe content immediately to support@friend-circle.in. Include the user ID and relevant details without forwarding illegal imagery.
5. Law enforcement cooperation
We may report apparent criminal conduct and cooperate with authorised law-enforcement or child-protection agencies as required by law.
6. User responsibilities
- Do not involve minors in calls, profiles, messages or host activity.
- Never request, share or store sexual content involving minors.
- Use in-app report and block tools immediately.
- Do not conduct your own investigation or redistribute harmful content.
