1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these terms.
2. Acceptable use
You may not harass others, impersonate another person, exploit minors, publish illegal or non-consensual content, share harmful software, attempt unauthorised access or use Friend Circle for fraud.
3. User content
You remain responsible for content you upload or share and confirm that you have the right to use it. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate law, policy or community safety.
4. Coins, gifts and payments
Virtual items are licensed for use within the platform and normally have no cash value unless an official host programme expressly provides otherwise. Pricing, fees, eligibility and refund rules may vary by platform and region.
5. Host programme
Host participation may require verification and separate rules. Earnings are subject to performance, compliance, fraud checks, deductions and the latest in-app policy.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, safety concerns, fraud, legal requests or risks to the service or community.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep Friend Circle available, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. Features may change, pause or be discontinued.
8. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Friend Circle is not responsible for indirect losses, user conduct or events outside our reasonable control.
